Shipping & Returns
* Estimated delivery standards are in business days for items sent between most major urban centers and are dependent upon origin and destination. All orders come with a tracking number.
The processing time is in addition to the shipping times estimated above. Processing your order can take up to 3 business days and orders are not processed over weekends and holidays.
Duties and charges
Customer is responsible for any additional charges including extra taxes, duties and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package.
- We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact Ace Athletics at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can get you sorted.
- If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
- Orders shipped to P.O. box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations are considered beyond points and can reach your destination through Standard Shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
- You may only ship to one address per order.
- If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.
- For corporate orders, please contact email@example.com for assistance and we’ll be happy to help you out.
Our Happiness Guarantee means you can return or exchange unused items sold by Ace Athletics within 30 days of your order. Contact our Customer Happiness Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return/exchange authorization form and shipping address.
- Items must be returned in their original product packaging (including all tags as originally attached). Items must be unwashed, unworn and not damaged including but not limited to smoke, stains, scents, odors, or anything deemed to make the item(s) not re-sellable. If the item(s) is deemed not re-sellable it will be returned to the customer providing the customer arranges and pays for shipping.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and can choose whatever means of tracked shipping is preferred. Ace Athletics is not responsible for any items misplaced while being returned.
- Make sure to enclose a copy of your return/exchange authorization form which will have your order number, full name and email.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it for any issues. If all is well, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days.
Sale items are non-refundable.

Include your order number and item(s) you wish to return or exchange in your email. If you are requesting an exchange, include the details of the item you would like to exchange, and we will place it on hold for you (as long as it is still in stock).
Our Happiness Team will process your request and email you a return/exchange authorization form. Print the return/exchange authorization form.
Place the item(s) to be returned/exchanged, and the return/exchange authorization form, into the same shipping envelope that your Ace Athletics order was sent in – or use another shipping envelope of equal quality and durability. Your item(s) must be undamaged and unworn with the tags still attached to qualify for a return.
Seal the envelope securely.

You are responsible for any shipping charges related to returning your item.
Provided your return meets our requirements, our Happiness Team will ensure that your refund or exchange is processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the item(s). We credit the original account used to make the original purchase. You will be notified via email once the transaction is complete.
Please allow an extra 3-10 days for the refund to appear on the card or account used for the original purchase.
